Firma LG wprowadza na rynek telefon komórkowy KC910 z aparatem cyfrowym o rozdzielczości 8 Mpix. Funkcjonalność cyfrówki i jakość zdjęć ma być zbliżona do tej, jaką oferują typowe kompaktowe aparaty.

Komórka dysponuje czułością ISO 1600, ksenonową lampą błyskowa, automatycznym i ręcznym ustawianiem ostrości oraz stabilizacją obrazu. Poza wykonywaniem zdjęć, użytkownik może nagrywać filmy w formacie DivX. KC910 posiada zintegrowaną funkcję geotaggingu. Ponadto urządzenie oferuje łączność WiFi, odtwarzacz plików multimedialnych i 3-calowy dotykowy ekran LCD.

LG KC910 początkowo będzie dostępny tylko w Europie. Premiera planowana jest na przyszły miesiąc.

So, here's what tonight revealed.

What's the difference between a picture & a photograph? Well, have you ever gone through a friend's or co-worker's photo album from a recent vacation? Did you need a pillow upon which to rest your head and a tissue to wipe away your drool? Those, my friends, are pictures. They mean something to the people who were there, but little to others. Now, what's a photograph? A photograph communicates, tells a story,  and/or elicits emotion. It does so through texture, contrasting colors, positioning, facial expressions, and/or emotion. A photograph stands alone and tells a story.

Have you ever wondered what a film's ISO means? First, the ISO tells how sensitive the film is to light. It also tells a tale of how much silver is on the film. Less silver = lower ISO value (ex. 100) = less sensitive = most useful in bright light. More silver = higher ISO value (ex. 400) = more sensitive = most useful in low/dim light situations.

There are four factors that control exposure, three of which are within a photographer's creative reach. First is the aperture, which controls the brightness of the light that reaches the film/sensor. Next is the shutter speed, dictating the length of time the light strikes the film. Then there's the ISO setting, described above. Finally, and often out of the photographer's control, is the brightness of the subject.

Previsualization is important. When you previsualize, you look at the image you're about to take through the viewfinder and take note of everything that will be in your image. You check four corners to see what's there, and you look specifically at your subject. If you're photographing a woman seated in front of a wall, is there a calendar or light switch coming out of her head? Are there power lines going through your nearly-perfect shot of an intriguing monument? Previsualize to avoid oddities such as these.

Technically speaking, anything with a shutter speed between 1/1000 and 1/250 will freeze motion. The optimum panning speed is 1/125, and anything from 1/60 and slower can be used to blur and accentuate motion. Further, any shutter speeds at 1/30 or slower requires the use of a tripod in order to be stable. The exception is with various lens lengths, and there's a rule to apply. If you have a 200 mm lens, the next faster shutter speed (from the lens length), or 1/250, would not require a tripod. The next slower shutter speed (from the lens length), or 1/125, will require a tripod. Another example ... you have a 20 mm ultra wide angle lens. A shutter speed of 1/30 would not require a tripod, whereas a shutter speed of 1/15 would. Of course, these are just guidelines and a rule of thumb, and your results may vary.

Finally, in most situations, your preference will be with the f stop. The exception, however, is when you want to work with motion. If you wanted to accentuate movement and blur headlights from a passing car, you would set your shutter speed to the desired value and let the f stop calculate. In all but motion situations, however, you would give preference to the f stop.

In the rising concern of Risk Management today, we have numbers of Risk Management implementation frameworks established by various nationwide bodies. Without one worldwide consensus on standard of Risk Management Implementation, the situation may lead us to various challenging and debating perspectives in deciding the most proper Risk Management implementation standard for our organization. Besides that, International Standard can also help an organization to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and international norms as well. Risk Management standard indeed contribute to the bottom line of organization but Risk Management standard provide only general description of the elements, processes, and activities required for risk management.

ISO 31000 provides a high level concept of Risk Management implementation that should not be in conflict with the existing and specific frameworks or methods of Risk Management implementation. Existing frameworks or methods may be different particularly in that they may not have as broad a perspective as ISO 31000. The most important thing highlighted in ISO 31000 is corporate culture since risk management cannot be implemented as a template; it goes along with the company’s specific needs and circumstances among others: the industry where they do business, complexity, size, strategy, and governance of the company.

In that ISO 31000 Seminar held by APB Group-Indonesia on August 6^th, all of us were encouraged to have a new horizon in managing risks, means that Standard is a good guidance in implementing risk management and standard contribute in increasing visibility of the balance between opportunities and risk but standard itself is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Muchas veces optamos por buscar siempre un programa de pago para algo que muchos otros pueden hacer. En esta caso hablamos de grabar cds y dvds.

El programa más conocido en Windows para grabar es Nero pero no siempre es necesario para poder disfrutar de un programa completo y sencillo. En este caso os hablo de CD Burner XP una gran herramienta muy sencilla de manejar y completamente gratuita.

Os lo recomiendo, llevo tiempo trabajando con él y siempre me ha funcionado a la perfección.

nLite 1.4.9 è un programma che permette di modificare l’installazione di XP. E’ possibile integrare/eliminare componenti, metterci un Product Key valido, aggiungere service pack e driver, ecc…. Insomma…. sbizzarritevi! Come vLite è possibile integrare il tutto in una comoda ISO.

Observação: O Service Pack deverá ser do mesmo idioma que a versão do Xp.

1. Copiar o conteúdo do CD-Rom do Windows XP (botão direito em cima da drive de CD e escolher Copiar, escolher local no disco duro e fazer Colar). Com o Cd do Windows em português será criada a pasta WXPVOL_PT com a cópia do disco.

2. Instalar e executar o Nlite que de pronto «percebe» o que queremos fazer e possui já por definição as opções de integração activadas. Basta fazer seguinte até que nos seja pedida a localização da Pasta para onde copiamos o XP.

3. Em integração do Service Pack, escolher seleccionar e indicar o local onde está o executável do SP3. O Nlite irá substituir os arquivos antigos pelos novos, criando também ficheiros de instalação.

4. Escolher agora a opção Criar ISO. O resultado será uma imagem prontinha a queimar com o nosso programa favorito. Eu uso o Alcool 120%. Voilá.

Já dizia vovó e os de sua geração: “Uma maçã podre estraga todo o cesto.” – Uma grande verdade, em se tratando de amizades ou de ISO 9001! Quer ver?

O tema do item 8.3 é exatamente esse: retirar a eventual “maçã podre” do cesto antes que ponha a perder o restante do que há nele. E o comprometimento de um sistema onde as “maçãs podres” não recebem o tratamento adequado é tão grave que esse é um dos itens mais importantes da norma!

A organização deve assegurar que produtos que não estejam conformes com os requisitos do produto sejam identificados e controlados para evitar seu uso ou entrega não intencional. Os controles e as responsabilidades e autoridades relacionadas para lidar com produtos não-conformes devem ser definidos em um procedimento documentado.

Ou seja: O ideal é que exista a preocupação constante em monitorar o resultado dos processos (produtos), para que, caso esse resultado não esteja em conformidade com os requisitos pré-estabelecidos, seja segregado antes que possa ser entregue ao cliente (interno, do processo seguinte, ou externo, do produto final). E nesse caso, no SGQ não pode valer a máxima de que “Filho feio não tem pai”! Tem que ter, e bem definido. Aliás, precisa ter pai, padrinho e tutor!!! Todos bem definidos em um procedimento para atender a esse item da norma.

E O QUE FAZER COM AS MAÇÃS PODRES?
Jogar fora seria o raciocínio óbvio, mas nem sempre é o melhor caminho... Você sabe o que é Xepa?
Basicamente, é aquela sobra de produtos de feira livre, que os feirantes vendem a valor bem baixo ou dão de graça aos pobres que vão ao final da feira para recolher essas sobras. Calma, que me explico! Não estou dizendo que os produtos não-conformes devam ser disponibilizados numa espécie de xepa industrial, mas sim que, como as sobras da feira que acabam sendo úteis para alguém, esses itens não conformes podem ter algum destino no processo que não o sucateamento. Eles podem ser reaproveitados em alguns casos, por isso sucatear nem sempre é a melhor decisão. Quem nunca teve vida difícil pode até não saber, mas às vezes se aproveita parte da maçã...

A organização deve tratar os produtos não-conformes por uma ou mais das seguintes formas:

a) execução de ações para eliminar a não-conformidade detectada;

b) autorização do seu uso, liberação ou aceitação sob concessão por uma autoridade pertinente e, onde aplicável, pelo cliente;

c) execução de ações para impedir o seu uso pretendido ou aplicação originais.

O mais importante nessa história não é o que fazer com o produto não conforme, mas sim com o que causou a não conformidade, o que fez a maçã apodrecer (alínea “a”). As alíneas “b” e “c” não são auto-excludentes, como pode parecer à primeira vista. Até que seja definido um destino para o produto não conforme, aplica-se a alínea “c”. Esse destino pode ser, ou não, a alínea “b”...

Registros dos casos, de seu tratamento e da decisão final devem ser executados e mantidos. Isso inclui as evidências de liberação caso ocorra. É o conhecido Relatório de Não-Conformidade!

A última observação desse item é aplicável quando ocorre o pior. Todos os seus controles falharam e o produto não conforme chegou até o cliente. O ideal é que seu SGQ não tenha casos assim a tratar, pois demonstra falha grave dos mecanismos de verificação do produto. E não esqueçam que este item se aplica também a serviços, onde o problema pode ser potencialmente bem maior. Afinal um produto não conforme pode ser substituído, mas e uma festa de casamento, por exemplo?

NOTA DE SISTEMA:
Este item está intimamente ligado aos requisitos 8.5.2 – Ações Corretivas e 8.5.3 – Ações Preventivas. Falaremos deles em outro artigo, mas eu costumo sugerir que um procedimento único pode atender esses três requisitos e diminuir um pouco a documentação do SGQ, facilitar o treinamento e a aplicação de controles sobre as ocorrências. Kemudian Ane iseng berpikir bagaimana Ane bisa membuat repository sendiri dalam hardisk. Akhirnya setelah coba-coba Ane menemukan cara yang cukup simple. Namum perlu diingat cara ini hanyalah akal-akalan semata hanya agar kita tak perlu capek memasukkan DVD tiap kali menginstall program. Sebelum Ane sampaikan cara membuatnya, ada baiknya kalo Ane sampaikan dahulu batasan masalahnya (haiyaah... skripsi banget) :

1. Kita akan menggunakan ISO dari DVD repository, yang besarnya mencapai 20.5 GB. ISO ini harus disimpan dalam hardisk, jadi mohon disiapkan free space hardisk sebesar itu :D
2. Dalam tutorial ini Ane anggap kita baru saja menginstall Ubuntu, sehingga masih belum ada repository lain selain default bawaan si Ubuntu.

Okeh berikut adalah langkah-langkah pembuatannya :

1. Copykan file ISO dari kelima DVD repository tersebut ke dalam hardisk. Jika Anda belum memiliki file ISO, Anda dapat membuatnya melalui Tools yang disediakan oleh Brasero Disc Burning (Applications > Sound & Video > Brasero Disc Burning).
2. Bukalah Synaptic Package Manager (System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager).
3. Bukalah menu Add CD-ROM (Edit > Add CD-ROM). Maka Akan muncul dialog permintaan untuk memasukkan CD. Biarkan dialog ini apa adanya dulu.
4. Bukalah Terminal (Application > Accessories > Terminal). lalu mount ISO DVD yang pertama dengan format : mount -o loop -t iso9660 <file iso> /media/cdrom misalnya mount -o loop -t iso9660 ubuntu-8.04-repository-i386-1_contrib.iso /media/cdrom
5. Kembalilah ke dialog dalam Synaptic Package Manager, pililh opsi OK.
6. Lakukan langkah 3-5 untuk ISO DVD ke-2,3,4 dan 5. Dengan ini kita telah menambahkan ISO DVD tersebut ke dalam repository Ubuntu.
7. Tutup Synaptic Package Manager.
8. Sekarang kita akan menginstall Gmount-iso. Sebuah applikasi yang memudahkan kita untuk memount ISO.
9. Bukalah Application > Add/Remove...
10. Pilih opsi All availabe applicatios pada combo box Show.
11. Pada Search ketikkan gmount-iso. Maka akan muncul program Gmount-iso. Install program tersebut.
12. Kita akan diminta memasukkan DVD, maka lakukan langkah no. 4 terhadap ISO DVD yang diminta.

Nah dengan cara seperti diatas kita sudah bisa menginstall program dari hardisk tanpa perlu memasukkan DVD-ROM. Misalkan ketika kita menginstall program, kita diminta memasukkan DVD ke-X ke dalam CD-ROM. Kita cukup membuka Gmount-iso (Applcation > System Tool > Gmount-iso) lalu mount ISO dari DVD ke-X tersebut ke dalam direktory /media/cdrom .

Bagi Ane cara ini cukup untuk mengurangi rasa jengkel karena kita tidak perlu ribet dengan DVD dan kita tak perlu menunggu DVD-ROM mengenali DVD kita.
